Epluchez les plantains dans une grande cuvette d&rsquo;eau et r&eacute;servez. Coupez la viande en petits cubes, lavez-la et faites &eacute;goutter.<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Mettez 35 cl d&rsquo;huile de palme dans une casserole.
