Laver en malaxant pour enlever la fine membrane qui recouvre le haricot, plusieurs fois s&rsquo;il le faut pour enti&egrave;rement retirer cette peau. Egoutter et &eacute;craser les graines.<\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Arial\">Dans une terrine, r&eacute;unir la p&acirc;te et ajouter le piment &eacute;cras&eacute;, puis l&rsquo;huile et l&rsquo;eau en m&eacute;langeant afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p&acirc;te homog&egrave;ne.
